Amazon Sale & Offers Today
What is genuinely on sale on Amazon today — every tracked deal scored against the product's own price history rather than against MRP.
Is the Amazon sale actually a sale?
Amazon India runs some kind of offer almost every day — lightning deals, bank cashback, coupon clips and full sale events stacked on top of each other. Of the Amazon offers running today, the ones below are those where the price itself has actually moved, ranked by how far each sits below what the product normally costs.
- The “off” badge a typical Amazon listing shows at a completely ordinary price
- 51%
- Median discount of a live deal measured against its own recorded high
- 32%
- Amazon listings behind these figures
- 407
The gap between those first two numbers is the whole problem with shopping by badge. Measured against MRP, an ordinary Amazon listing already looks 51% off before anything has been discounted at all. Measured against what the product has really cost, the deals in the grid above sit a median of 32% below their own recorded high. See the full Amazon MRP audit and how we measured it
When is the next Amazon sale?
Amazon's biggest Indian event is the Great Indian Festival, which opens around the start of the festive season in late September or early October and runs in waves for several weeks. The Great Republic Day Sale lands in mid-January, Prime Day in July, and smaller Summer and Freedom sales fill the gaps. Exact dates shift every year and are announced only a week or two ahead.
We audited 142 tracked Amazon products through the last two Great Indian Festival seasons. The sale price genuinely beat the pre-sale price 73% of the time — but 20% were quietly marked up in the weeks beforehand, which inflates the discount announced on the day. Tracking a product now is what gives you an honest benchmark when it starts.

Buying in the Amazon sale at the right price
Amazon changes prices several times a day, and the discount shown on the listing is measured against MRP rather than against what the product has actually been selling for. Everything below is ranked against the price history we hold for each product.
Check the history, not the badge
A large percentage on a Amazon listing tells you about the MRP, not about the deal. The chart on each product page shows what the price has really been over the past year.
All-time lows are flagged
The strongest single signal that a price is genuinely good is that we have never recorded a lower one. Those deals are marked as they appear.
Compare before you commit
Plenty of products on Amazon are also listed elsewhere at a different price. Each product page shows every store we track for that item, side by side.
Watch for pre-sale drift
Around one product in five gets more expensive in the weeks before a major sale event, which inflates the discount announced during it. Tracking a product now gives you an honest benchmark for later.
Set an alert and stop checking
Name the price you want on any Amazon product and we will notify you when it is reached, by push, email or Telegram.
We are not a store
Price History does not sell anything. Every deal links out to Amazon, and you buy there exactly as you would otherwise.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is on sale on Amazon right now?
We are currently tracking 0 discounted Amazon products on this page. They are ordered by how far each price sits below that product's own history rather than by the size of the badge on the listing, so the strongest genuine drops appear first. The feed refreshes through the day.
Our audit of the last two Great Indian Festival seasons covered 142 tracked products: 73% did end up cheaper than they had been before the sale, while 20% were marked up during the run-up first.
Are Amazon sale prices actually the lowest they get?
Not reliably, and the badge will not tell you. Across 407 tracked Amazon listings, the median MRP sits 103% above the price the product actually sells at — which means a completely ordinary price already displays as roughly 51% off. Measured against their own recorded highs instead, the live deals we are tracking sit a median of 32% below. The only way to tell the two apart is the price timeline on the product page.
Why is the discount on the Amazon listing bigger than the one you show?
Because we are measuring against a different number. Amazon calculates its percentage from the MRP, the manufacturer's list price, which stores are entitled to display. We calculate ours from the highest price we have actually recorded for that product. On 54% of the Amazon listings we checked, the MRP was at least double the typical selling price, so the two figures diverge sharply.
Where do I find the best Amazon offers today?
On this page. Rather than listing every Amazon offer, we rank the ones we track by how far the price sits below that product's own recorded history, so the strongest are at the top. Bank cashback and coupon discounts that never change the listed price will not appear here — we record what the product is actually priced at, and those come off at checkout instead.
How do I get an alert when a Amazon price drops?
Open any product on this page, set the price you are willing to pay, and we watch it for you. When Amazon drops to that number you get a notification by push, email or Telegram. You can also paste a Amazon product link into the search box on our homepage to start tracking something we are not covering yet.
Do you sell anything, or take a cut of my Amazon order?
Price History does not sell anything. Every deal on this page links out to Amazon, and you buy there exactly as you would have otherwise. Prices are aggregated from public listings and can lag behind the store, so always confirm the final price on Amazon before paying.
