Price Tracking

PriceHistory is a price tracking and comparison service for Indian e-commerce platforms. We aggregate publicly available product pricing data to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions.

Informational Only

PriceHistory is an information service. We do not sell products, process payments, or represent any retailer or brand. All purchases are made directly with third-party retailers. We make no warranties regarding the availability of any product or whether a listed price will be honored by any retailer.

Data Currency

Prices and product availability change frequently. While we update our data regularly, there may be delays between when a price changes at a retailer and when our service reflects that change. Always verify the current price directly with the retailer before purchasing.

Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately at support@pricehistory.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to research product prices and set up price alerts for your own buying decisions.

Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent; (c) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (d) use the Service to collect data for a competing product; (e) attempt to circumvent any security measures; or (f) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.

Violation Consequences

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Our Content

The PriceHistory name, logo, design, charts, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Data

Product names, images, and descriptions displayed on PriceHistory are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on PriceHistory are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our price data, which is collected independently and objectively.

No Endorsement

The presence of a product on PriceHistory does not constitute an endorsement of that product or its retailer. We present data neutrally.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRICEHISTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PriceHistory and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
