Cosmic Byte Proteus X 7.1.4 Surround Wired Gaming Headset with THX Spatial Audio +, 50mm Neodymium Drivers, Detachable ENC Mic, Camera Head Tracking, for PC, PS4, PS5, Software Support (Black)

Highlights

• DUAL INPUT — USB FOR 7.1.4, 3.5MM FOR EVERYTHING ELSE — Connect over USB to unlock full 7.1.4 THX Spatial Audio surround on PC, laptop and Mac, or switch to the included 3.5mm cable for plug-and-play stereo on consoles, tablets and phones. A USB-C to USB-A connector is included in the box, so modern and legacy ports are both covered.
• 7.1.4 THX SPATIAL AUDIO SURROUND — Over USB, the THX Spatial Audio + desktop client renders sound in a full 360° field with height channels, so you place footsteps above, behind and beside you with real precision. Toggle to THX Stereo for the cleanest two-channel reproduction when you switch from gaming to music.
• 50MM HI-FI DRIVERS — Custom-tuned 50mm drivers cover the full 20Hz–20,000Hz range with deep low end and clear, separated highs. Rated 111dB ±3dB at 32Ω ±15%, Proteus X plays loud and clean from a USB port or a phone's headphone jack alike, with no external amp required.
• RGB LIGHTING + FULL IN-LINE CONTROLLER — Twin RGB rings light both earcups with a flowing spectrum effect, switchable off with a single tap. The on-cable controller puts a volume wheel, mic mute, volume mute and LED on/off under your thumb, so you adjust everything mid-match without leaving the game.
• DETACHABLE ENC MIC & ALL-DAY COMFORT — The flexible ø6.0mm ENC boom mic cancels keyboard clatter and fan noise, bends to your ideal position, and detaches completely for music. An auto-adjusting suspension headband finds its own fit, protein leather cushions seal without clamping, and a braided cable resists tangles. Backed by 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
